How the company began-

After  spending 12 consecutive years in Recruitment, I wanted to combine the status I have as a Licensed  Trainer with the Coaching Academy and the skills I continue to acquire as a Licensed NLP Practitioner,  with everything I know about recruitment.
The best way to bring it all together was to form a business that would provide highly effective Coaching and Training to recruitment professionals as well as delivering the very best in Outplacement Services to industries outside of recruitment. By doing this, I could still help to impact the career aspirations of individuals as well as provide invaluable career coaching to affected staff who found themselves unexpectedly back on the job market.

So then, I looked at where my NLP and ongoing personal development had taken me during this past couple of years.
It’s only in that time that my awareness of  Emotional Intelligence, and how it affects  performance, really became apparent.
How invaluable that knowledge would have been during those times in my career where I had gone “off the boil”. Looking back on how my confidence had taken a real battering and  how hard it was to pick myself back up, if I had known a fraction of what I know now, things would have been very different.  

Thinking about the Performance Management that I had received from a total of 4 different managers and probably the same number of MDs and CEOs and then embarrassingly  reflecting on the quality of performance management that I had delivered to my team. How much better could I have been as a Manager  with some really good training in Performance Management?  How much more could we have achieved with just a little bit of expert Coaching?
